The Accredited Customer Service Representative© (ACSR) designation conveys your commitment to excellence in customer service and professionalism and distinguishes you as being prepared to meet the complex insurance challenges your clients face.

Earn your ACSR© designation by completing the Personal Lines or Commercial Lines track, the Core Course and the Ethics Requirement.
Recommended for new agency staff, customer service representatives and account managers.

By completing this program, individuals will learn practical information that can be used immediately, including:

  • Overview of the policy structure and eligibility requirements
  • In-depth study of coverages, exclusions and conditions
  • Synopsis of the endorsements used with policies

Continuing Education Bonus Value

Individuals who complete the courses required to meet the ACSR© designation are required to attend one six-hour Big I NJ seminar a year to maintain the designation. Upon completion of this requirement, NJDOBI will award the designee 12 CE credits for the year of the license term that the designation is maintained in good standing, thus fulfilling the minimum CE requirement to renew your license.
